16.11.2011 Odzun is waiting for a revival (video)

Although today a regular liturgy is served, weddings and funerals are held, children are baptized in the St Mary church of Odzun, the monastery that has been standing strong for a millennium and a half is endangered to collapse.
Because of the merciless time and barbaric treatment, the roof, ribs and base of the church are seriously damaged.
Today the Church of Odzun, which was turned into a grain warehouse in the Soviet years, lives with the hope of revival.
